FAQ

For fans

What is OpenLineups?

A free lineup and timetable for festivals. Browse a festival's timetable, add the sets you want to see to your plan, and keep it with you at the festival.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts yet. Your plan is saved in this browser, on this device.

Does it work without signal?

Yes, once you've opened a festival's page with signal, this browser keeps a copy of its timetable and info. You can add the page to your home screen so it opens like an app. When you have signal again, it picks up any changes by itself.

Can my plan disappear?

It can: browsers sometimes clear saved site data, for example when you clear your browsing data, or Safari after a few days without a visit. The app keeps your plan on your phone and reminds you before each set.

Whose time zone are the times in?

The festival's, always, wherever your phone thinks it is. Sets after midnight stay with the night they belong to: a 02:00 Sunday set is listed under Saturday.

Is it free?

Yes.

How do we get our festival on OpenLineups?

Email hello@openlineups.com with your festival's name, dates and lineup. Listing your lineup is free.

Can we change the timetable during the festival?

Yes. For now, send changes to hello@openlineups.com and we update it. Fans get the change the next time they have signal.

Our festival is already listed. Can we manage it?

Email us from your festival's address and we'll get you set up. A dashboard for festivals is on the way.
